Product Introduction

Flanged ball valves are 0–90° rotary valves with excellent sealing, high flow capacity, low flow resistance, simple structure, easy maintenance and long service life. The full-bore design allows medium to pass with nearly no loss.

Electric ball valves include on-off and modulating types, ideal for strict sealing applications. They handle gas, liquid, steam, wastewater and fibrous media, widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, light industry, paper making, power and refrigeration fields.

Driven by an electric actuator, the ball rotates 0–90° to open or close. Compared with gate and globe valves, they are more compact and lightweight for easier pipeline installation.

  • Ultra-reliable sealing: Adopts double-sided spherical sealing structure, with sealing performance reaching zero-leakage standard to ensure no leakage during medium transportation;
  • Excellent wear resistance and durability: Specially designed PTFE seal features outstanding self-lubrication, low friction loss with the ball, and significantly extends service life;
  • Flexible working condition adaptability: The ball core passage is available in rectangular, V-shaped and O-shaped options, which can be flexibly adapted to different flow control requirements.
