Pneumatic Soft-sealed Butterfly Valve
The Pneumatic Butterfly Valve uses a pneumatic actuator—compressed air rotates the disc 90° for fast actuation. Compact, with low pressure loss and excellent sealing (rubber or metal seat optional), for petrochemical, power, food & pharma, and water treatment: liquid, gas, powder media in automated or emergency shut-off.

- Fail-safe actuation — Single-acting piston actuator with spring return automatically closes on air-supply loss.
- Actuator options — Spring-return (fail-open/fail-close) or double-acting (fail-in-position); built from cylinder, spring, piston, piston rod, end caps, rack, and output shaft.
- Compact & low-torque — 90° rotation for fast open; low operating torque.
- End connections — Flanged or wafer.
- Disc coating — Optional nylon or PTFE lining per specification.
- Automation-ready — Fitted with limit switches, solenoid valves, and filter regulators; operates on 0.4–0.7 MPa air. Accepts digital signals from control systems for precise on/off control of flow, temperature, and pressure.
