Pneumatic flanged ball valves use a quarter-turn (0–90°) pneumatic actuator to rotate the ball for open/close operation. They provide leak-tight shutoff and low pressure drop, are compatible with a wide range of media, and are widely used in industrial process control — including petrochemical and metallurgical applications.

Product Introduction

Flanged ball valves are quarter-turn rotary valves with a 0–90° operating angle. They combine leak-tight shutoff, high flow capacity, minimal pressure drop, compact construction, easy maintenance, and long service life. The full-bore flow path matches the pipeline ID, allowing media to pass through with negligible pressure loss.

Available with pneumatic or electric actuation. Electric units are offered in on/off (two-position) and modulating types, suited to applications requiring tight shutoff. Beyond gas, liquid, and steam, they also handle wastewater and fibrous or solids-laden media.

Typical industries: oil & gas, chemical, metallurgical, light industrial, pulp & paper, power generation, refrigeration, and other process sectors.
