Product Introduction

The pneumatic ultra-short flanged ball valve consists of a pneumatic double-piston rack-and-pinion actuator and an ultra-short ball valve.

This series of products features strong functionality, compact size, light weight, reliable performance, simple configuration and large flow capacity. Compared with conventional pneumatic ball valves, it offers more compact structure, smaller size and lighter weight, with a short distance between the seat and the end flanges, less material retention and superior sealing performance.

It is suitable for applications requiring strict sealing, and is widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, light industry and other industries for automatic shut-off and on-off control of oil, water, gas, pulp or fibrous fluids. The pneumatic ultra-short on-off ball valve is compatible with various tightly sealed on-off process pipelines.

â‘  The valve body adopts an integrated structure, realizing an ultra-short flange distance. The overall weight is greatly reduced, to about 50% of that of conventional ball valves of the same type.
â‘¡ Double-sided spherical sealing, meeting the zero-leakage standard.
â‘¢ Ball core passage is available in rectangular, V-shaped and O-shaped options.â‘£ Single-acting pneumatic piston actuator with spring return function, which automatically closes the valve in case of sudden air supply failure.
