Product Introduction

Engineered for precise throttling, the valve serves high-accuracy control duties across petrochemical, fine chemical, pulp and paper, metallurgical, boiler feedwater, and other process industries.

It performs flow, pressure, temperature, and proportional control, plus automatic on/off shutoff, for low- to medium-pressure, standard-temperature media. A manual override allows operation during power loss.

Features

  • Compact & lightweight — one-piece body with ultra-short face-to-face dimension; weight reduced to ~50% of a comparable conventional ball valve.
  • Self-clearing shear — the V-port seat gap shears pipeline solids and debris, keeping the flow path unobstructed.
  • Stable throttling — the V-port ball eliminates the control instability of standard ball valves. Equal-percentage characteristic yields a linear relationship between the controlled variable and valve position; flow rises gradually from initial opening. Interchangeable V-port balls with different cut geometries give the same nominal size multiple Cv values and flow characteristics.
  • Tight shutoff — dual spherical sealing surfaces enhance sealing and leakage control, achieving zero leakage at a Class IV shutoff rating.
