
Pneumatic V-port Control Valve
Pneumatic V-type control valve is driven by a pneumatic actuator. Featuring a V-shaped plug with strong shearing capability, excellent control linearity, resistance to particle erosion, and reliable sealing, it is suitable for harsh working conditions.

Features
- Lightweight. Thanks to the one-piece body structure, an ultra-short face-to-face dimension is achieved, and the overall weight is significantly reduced to approximately 50% of that of conventional ball valves of the same type.
- The shear gap formed between the seat and the plug can easily cut off various impurities in the pipeline, effectively ensuring unobstructed flow.
- The unique V-shaped plug structure solves the control stability problem of traditional ball valves. For stable flow regulation, the equal-percentage characteristic provides a linear relationship between the controlled parameter and the valve opening. When the valve begins to open, the flow increases gradually. The plug defines the valve characteristics; plugs with different shaped openings allow valves of the same nominal size to have different CV values and flow characteristics.
- Double-sided spherical sealing enhances sealing performance and effectively controls leakage, achieving zero leakage with a sealing class of IV.
