Product Introduction

Electric fluorine-lined ball valves are designed for the on-off control of various highly corrosive media. They are widely used in petroleum, chemical, dyestuff, pesticide, acid production, alkali production and other industries, making them the most ideal choice for corrosion-resistant equipment at present.

Using polytetrafluoroethylene (FEP) as the corrosion-resistant lining material, the valves feature excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The unique structural design of the lip-type elastic sealing pair effectively prolongs the service life of the product.

In addition to handling the media conveyed by ordinary ball valves, electric fluorine-lined ball valves can also transport highly corrosive, erosive and abrasive media under large pressure differences and wide temperature variations, including all kinds of acid, alkali and salt liquids, corrosive gases, and mixed liquids containing solid particles.

Features

  • They are available in two structural types: two-piece split type and three-piece type, featuring low flow resistance, fast opening/closing speed and simple structure.
  • With excellent chemical corrosion resistance, the pipe wall is flat and smooth, resulting in low friction resistance and adhesion during fluid transportation. Outstanding aging resistance and UV resistance greatly extend the normal service life compared with other piping systems.
  • The various spool structures (V-type, O-type) of electric fluorine-lined ball valves can easily meet applications requiring two-position shut-off and regulation. The valve is directly connected to the actuator. The electric actuator has a built-in servo system without an additional servo amplifier. It can be controlled by inputting 4–20 mA signal and 220 VAC power supply. It features simple wiring, compact structure, low resistance, stable and reliable operation, etc.
