With whole stroke 0-90° to realize fully open &open single action in 4S, EA series quick switch electric actuator is satisfied with quick switch requirement of ball valve, butterfly valve, and other segmental electric quick switch valve.

This actuator is suited to high pressure, large pressure drops, and the quick switch services that solenoid valve is not available, which is matched with ball valve, V type control valve, butterfly valve, ventilation valve, damper, fan, dynamic balancing valve, plug valve, gyrating valve, and mechanical positioning rotation system in other industrial area.

Product Structure

Electric actuators comprise a drive motor, reduction mechanism, transmission mechanism, and control part. The drive motor, including AC (simple, easy to maintain, for general use) and DC (good for speed control, for high - precision work), converts electricity to mechanical power. The reduction mechanism, such as gear (efficient, compact) or worm gear (large ratio, self - locking), slows motor speed and boosts torque. The transmission mechanism, like screw (for linear motion) or crank - link (for reciprocating valves), transfers torque to controlled objects. The control part's controller receives signals to precisely regulate the actuator.
