Product Introduction

Fast-acting electric ball valves are widely used in various complex process pipelines with high pressure difference and easy clogging for rapid on-off and shut-off services. They fully cover complex working conditions that solenoid valves cannot meet.

Fast-acting electric ball valves well satisfy the requirements for rapid on-off and shut-off control of process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature and liquid level.

These products are extensively applied across various industrial sectors, including industrial boilers, water supply, pipeline medium shut-off, pipeline transportation, and more.

  • It completes the opening and closing operation in just 4 seconds.
  • Adopting the new technology of electric quick-opening actuator: power is only consumed during operation, with zero power consumption at idle, effectively reducing system operating costs.
  • Easy to operate and fast to open/close; it only requires a 90° rotation from fully open to fully closed, facilitating remote control.
  • Wide adaptability. Various connection types are available (flanged, threaded, double union, etc.). Compact size, light weight, reliable performance and simple configuration.
  • Low flow resistance and large flow capacity. Full-bore ball valves have virtually no flow resistance. Ball valves feature the lowest fluid resistance among all valve types; even reduced-bore ball valves have very low fluid resistance.
