Product Introduction

The ultra-short flange electric ball valve pairs an electric actuator with an ultra-short ball valve in an integral, compact design. It runs on 3-wire single-phase power and is versatile, reliable, easy to configure, and offers high flow capacity. More compact and lighter than conventional electric ball valves, its seat sits near the flange face to minimize media entrapment and provide bubble-tight sealing. Suited to tight-shutoff applications, it is used in automatic control systems across chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, light industry, and other industries.

Ultra-short face-to-face design — seat near the flange face minimizes media entrapment and provides bubble-tight sealing; about 50% lighter than conventional electric ball valves, with a compact, space-saving body.

Ball port options: rectangular, V-port, and O-port.

  • Compact, lightweight, and easy to install.
  • Provides on/off isolation of the line and fluid flow regulation.
  • Seat fitted with resilient seals (PTFE, etc.); PTFE self-lubrication keeps ball friction low and extends service life.
  • Reliable stem seal — the stem rotates without axial travel, so the packing is not easily damaged; sealing force increases with line pressure.
  • Bottom-entry stem with an anti-blowout shoulder; fire-safe metal-to-metal backup maintains sealing if the seal is lost in a fire.
  • Used across petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, and light industry for automatic regulation or on/off control of oil, water, gas, pulp, and fibrous media.
  • Anti-static: springs between ball, stem, and body dissipate static charge during operation.
