Product Introduction

Hard-sealed electric control valve features outstanding high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high control accuracy. It is especially suitable for flow regulation and shut-off of various industrial media with high requirements for high-temperature resistance, wear resistance and self-cleaning performance in non-air supply conditions such as ore slurry and paper pulp.

The valve core is equipped with a V-shaped notch, which generates shear force by rotating relative to the hard-sealed valve seat, cutting off fibers and preventing jamming.

It is particularly applicable to the regulation of mud, fibrous media and media containing tiny solid suspended particles, satisfying flow regulation and control in various special process fields required by process parameters.

Features

  • It is mainly used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline, and can also be applied to the regulation and control of fluids. It is a pipeline pressure component for industrial automation process control.
  • The ball of a fixed ball valve is fixed and does not move under pressure. Fixed ball valves are all equipped with floating seats. Under medium pressure, the seat moves to press the sealing ring tightly against the ball, ensuring sealing.
  • It is easy to operate and opens/closes quickly: only a 90° rotation is needed from fully open to fully closed, making it convenient for remote control.
  • With a straight-through structure and simple flow passage, it features low flow resistance, no jamming, and erosion resistance.
  • Maintenance-free: it requires no maintenance once put into operation, effectively reducing maintenance costs.
