Product Description

Explosion-proof electric three-way ball valve is an automatic control valve integrating an explosion-proof electric actuator and a three-way ball valve, suitable for fluid diversion, distribution and convergence control in explosive hazardous environments.

The valve body is available in L-type (two-channel switching) and T-type (three-channel distribution/convergence). The valve body is mostly made of cast steel or stainless steel, featuring excellent sealing performance and strong flow capacity, compatible with various media such as gas, liquid and steam.

Widely used in petrochemical, natural gas, pharmaceutical and other industries, it boasts the advantages of compact structure, safety, reliability and easy maintenance, effectively ensuring the safety of fluid control in flammable and explosive scenarios.

Features

Three-way ball valves are used for flow diversion or confluence. They are multi-port ball valves equipped with two or four valve seats. Any port can serve as the inlet with zero leakage. Three-way valves can be designed with either L-port or T-port.

The T-port flow channel adopts four valve seats, featuring balanced force distribution and reliable sealing.

Mainly used for flow diversion, mixing, reversing, and full opening of three passages.

The L-port flow channel adopts two valve seats and is mainly used for flow path switching.
