The hard-sealed electric butterfly valve features a triple-eccentric metal sealing structure. The sealing form is metal-to-metal sealing, and the metal sealing ring can be replaced. The sealing ring is made by stacking stainless steel plates and graphite composite plates.

Product Introduction

Hard-sealed electric regulating valve is characterized by unique high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high control accuracy. It is especially suitable for flow regulation and shut-off of various industrial media with high requirements for high temperature resistance, wear resistance and self-cleaning, such as non-gas source conditions (ore pulp, paper pulp).

The valve core is designed with a V-shaped notch, which generates shear force by rotating relative to the hard-sealed seat, cutting off fibers and preventing jamming.

It is particularly applicable to the regulation of mud, fibrous media and media containing tiny solid suspended particles, satisfying flow regulation and control in various special process fields required by process parameters.

Features

  • It is mainly used to shut off or connect the medium in pipelines, and can also be applied to fluid regulation and control. It serves as a pipeline pressure component for industrial automatic process control.
  • The ball of the ball valve is fixed and does not displace under pressure. Fixed ball valves are equipped with floating seats. Under medium pressure, the seat moves to press the sealing ring tightly against the ball, ensuring reliable sealing.
  • It features easy operation and quick opening/closing: only a 90° rotation is required from fully open to fully closed, facilitating remote control.
  • With a straight-through structure and simple flow passage, it is characterized by low flow resistance, no jamming, and erosion resistance.
  • Maintenance-free: no maintenance is required throughout its service life, effectively reducing maintenance costs.
