Product Introduction

Electric Ventilation Butterfly Valve is widely used for bidirectional on-off control in various ventilation and dust removal pipelines, as well as for gas regulation equipment.

It is suitable for gas regulation, ventilation, dust removal and environmental protection systems in industries such as metallurgy, mining, cement, chemical engineering, power generation and industrial furnaces.

  • Both the valve body and disc are fabricated by steel plate welding, featuring light weight, simple structure and easy installation.
  • The large expansion clearance between the butterfly disc and valve body effectively prevents seizure caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
  • With no internal connecting rods, bolts or other components, the valve operates reliably and features an extended service life.
  • It has a small driving torque, flexible opening and closing without friction, convenient operation and long service life.
  • The valve can be installed in multiple positions and is not affected by the flow direction of the medium.
  • Designed and manufactured with a new structure of centerline butterfly disc and short welded steel plate, it avoids the influence of high-temperature expansion and ensures light operation.
  • Suitable for on-off, shut-off and flow regulation in ventilation systems, air conditioning systems and high-temperature flue gas applications.
  • Applicable to flow and pressure control of air or other gases under low pressure, as well as high-temperature gases and corrosive media.
