Product Introduction

Fluorine-lined electric ball valves are designed for on/off control of highly corrosive media. They serve petroleum, chemical, dyestuff, agrochemical, and acid/alkali production — a proven solution for corrosion-resistant shutoff.

The FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) liner delivers excellent corrosion and abrasion resistance. A live-loaded lip seal extends service life under demanding conditions.

Beyond standard ball-valve service, these valves handle highly corrosive, erosive, and abrasive media — including acids, alkalis, and salt solutions; corrosive gases; and slurries with suspended solids — across wide pressure differentials and temperature ranges.

  • Body styles: two-piece (split-body) and three-piece designs — low pressure drop, fast actuation, compact.
  • Inert liner: smooth bore minimizes friction and fouling; UV and weather resistance extend service life versus conventional piping.
  • Ball options: V-port and full-bore (O-port) configurations for both tight shutoff and modulating control.
  • Actuation: direct-mounted electric actuator with integral servo control — no external servo amplifier. Operates on 4–20 mA control signal and 220 VAC supply. Simple wiring, compact, reliable.
