
Electric PTFE-Lined Ball Valve
Fluorine-lined electric ball valves use PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) or PFA (perfluoroalkoxy) linings to provide precise on/off isolation and flow control via electric actuation. Engineered for strong acid, alkali, and high-temperature service, they handle corrosive process media and high-purity fluids in chemical, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor applications.

Features
- Body styles: two-piece (split-body) and three-piece designs — low pressure drop, fast actuation, compact.
- Inert liner: smooth bore minimizes friction and fouling; UV and weather resistance extend service life versus conventional piping.
- Ball options: V-port and full-bore (O-port) configurations for both tight shutoff and modulating control.
- Actuation: direct-mounted electric actuator with integral servo control — no external servo amplifier. Operates on 4–20 mA control signal and 220 VAC supply. Simple wiring, compact, reliable.
