Quick-opening Electric Butterfly Valve
The Quick-opening Electric Butterfly Valve is an electrically actuated valve designed for rapid 90° rotation (3-8 seconds) to enable immediate flow control or emergency shut-off in critical systems like fire protection, chemical processing, and power plants, featuring durable construction with corrosion-resistant materials and compatibility with automated industrial networks.
Features
- Fast actuation meets the demand for rapid medium shut-off in pipelines.
- Power is supplied only during operation; power is cut off immediately once the valve reaches the open/closed position.
- The gear-reduced motor structure effectively eliminates the drawbacks of solenoid valves, such as coil aging and short service life caused by long-term energization.
- No installation orientation restrictions; can be installed at any 360° angle on the pipeline, including inverted installation.
- It easily achieves shut-off even under high differential pressure conditions, without the issue of solenoid armature structures failing to pull in.
★The valve completes the opening/closing actuation in just 4/6 seconds, driven by an electric quick-opening actuator.
Power is consumed only during operation, with zero power consumption in idle status, effectively reducing system operating costs.
