Pneumatic FRL Integrated Ball Valve 2

Product Description

Based on a ball valve as its basic valve body, it is driven by a pneumatic actuator, and realizes valve status monitoring, gas circuit control and gas source treatment through an integrally designed accessory module. It is widely used in on-off control scenarios of fluid media (liquids, gases, powders) in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, water treatment, and electric power.

Pneumatic FRL Integrated Ball Valve 4

Integrated type

The integrated pneumatic on-off ball valve highly integrates the valve body, pneumatic actuator and key accessories (limit switch, solenoid valve, filter regulator) into a compact unit, enabling quick on-site installation and stable operation in limited spaces.

Modular type

Modular type

features independent components that can be separately installed, replaced or expanded, suitable for scenarios requiring flexible configuration or later maintenance.

Features

  • Compact & Space-Saving: The valve body is highly integrated with limit switches, solenoid valves, and filter regulators, featuring a compact size. It is suitable for scenarios with dense equipment and narrow installation space, optimizing on-site layout.
  • More Efficient Installation: Pre-installation and debugging are completed at the factory. On-site, only the air source, signal lines, and process pipelines need to be connected, reducing the workload of wiring/piping, lowering the risk of installation errors, and shortening the commissioning cycle.
  • Stable & Reliable Operation: With fewer internal pipeline connections, the risk of air leakage is low; the short-pipeline design reduces air pressure loss, enabling faster valve opening and closing response. Equipped with a high-protection housing, it can resist harsh working conditions such as dust and humidity.
  • Easy Operation & Control: Limit switches provide real-time feedback on valve position, solenoid valves precisely control the air circuit, and filter regulators stabilize the air source—jointly realizing automated on-off control and status monitoring, and reducing manual intervention costs.

Air consumption depends on supply pressure, switching stroke, volume and number of operations, and is calculated as follows:

Liters per minute = (Switching volume + Closing direction volume) × [(Supply pressure (Kpa) + 101.3) / 101.3] × Number of operations per minute
