Product Description

In automatic control systems, the quarter-turn electric actuator rotates 0°~90° to drive the valve and control its opening according to changes in the signals from the regulating instruments.

Powered by alternating current or direct current, it directly receives digital signals, 4-20mADC or 1-5VDC standard analog signals output by computers or instruments, enabling intelligent control and precise positioning of electric valves.

The electric actuator and its accessories feature double limit, overload and overheating protection, with good safety performance. A variety of full-stroke time speeds are available.

The quarter-turn electric actuator is compatible with various quarter-turn valves (ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves, etc.) and together with the valves forms industrial automatic control electric valves such as electric control valves, electric ball valves, and electric butterfly valves.

Product Structure

Electric actuators comprise a drive motor, reduction mechanism, transmission mechanism, and control part. The drive motor, including AC (simple, easy to maintain, for general use) and DC (good for speed control, for high - precision work), converts electricity to mechanical power. The reduction mechanism, such as gear (efficient, compact) or worm gear (large ratio, self - locking), slows motor speed and boosts torque. The transmission mechanism, like screw (for linear motion) or crank - link (for reciprocating valves), transfers torque to controlled objects. The control part's controller receives signals to precisely regulate the actuator.
